The minor dry season has not followed the usual patterns of weather from recent years, this is in line with recordings from other parts of the world. Many rural communities are likely to find harvest challenges that will have repercussions into the rest of the year, especially in respect of food security.When you live in rural conditions you are often far more affected by climatic changes than those in the urban zones.
