There are litterally thousands of communities, ranging from a few simple homes to larger settlements with schools and church buildings, scattered around the lake, like stars in the night sky. Each community is home to families - men, women and children. It is surprising just how many of them do not have access to clean water, basic health education - and many are hours from the nearest road. How should we judge our success - by the living conditions of the emerging middle classes, or the struggle to make ends meet in our remote villages?
