The Dodi Princess sails from this wonderful quayside, at Akosomobo, providing a marvellous afternoon cruise up the Volta. Meanwhile, in the middle of this picture you see a cleared area where around 100 children are schooled, drinking water from the lake and studying under open sided thatched roof classrooms. Ghana is a land of contrast, and it is time for us to reach for the contrast and brightness buttons of our society and to bring light to those who are in need, reducing the vast gap between the 'haves' and the 'have-nots' in our country.
